Limited Services - Residential

In-plain-air provides limited services for residential clients who do not require full-service architectural services, such as homeowners investigating the costs and benefits of a remodel/addition or house hunters investigating possible changes before committing to a purchase.

Strategic Planning + Measured Floor Plans: $2,000
Includes strategic planning, zoning review, measured floor plans in AutoCAD (first 1,500 square feet included), travel within 20 miles of downtown Seattle, and two client meetings. Approximately one week turnaround when staff is available.

3-D Schematic Design: $5,000
Includes strategic planning, zoning review, measured floor plans in AutoCAD (first 1,500 square feet included), new schematic floor plans in AutoCAD, schematic 3-D massing model in Sketchup, travel within 20 miles of downtown Seattle and three client meetings. Approximately two weeks turnaround when staff is available.

Limited Services subject to staff availability. Call to book a Limited Service. Strategic planning is also available on an hourly basis.
